Detailed Information

Welcome to the Altona Civic Obedience Dog Club (ACODC), a reputable establishment celebrating its 54th Anniversary this year. Founded in 1968, ACODC has been a cornerstone in the Altona community, providing comprehensive obedience training for dogs of all ages and skill levels. From basic obedience for beginners to advanced trial standards, as well as Agility and Rally Obedience, our experienced Instructors are dedicated to helping you build a strong bond with your furry companion.

At ACODC, we are a not-for-profit organization focused on promoting responsible dog ownership and enhancing the well-being of our canine friends. Our diverse range of training disciplines ensures that both dogs and handlers can enjoy the learning process and potentially explore the world of trialing and competition. With a volunteer Committee of Management overseeing operations, members have the opportunity to actively participate in the club’s decision-making processes and contribute to its growth and success.
