Macarthur and Bradbury were purchased in August 1992 by Jacob and Margaret Michelsen, at which time they were a one man practice with no staff. Excellent client and patient service have grown the practices to a 10-vet team with over 25 staff over the last 12 years.

Along the way we have extended and renovated our Macarthur practice, built a new facility for Bradbury and established the Mt Annan practice with the help of other motivated and like minded vets.

There has been extensive investment in equipment and staff training, with a dedicated training budget ensuring that both the vets and nurses attend courses at least annually. Regular in-house training is also undertaken to maintain our high standard of customer service.
