Australian Association of Pet Dog Breeders

Modified: 30-11--0001 00:00:00
A new Australian dog breeders association.
Families wanting to buy a pure bred dog have always been able to get a puppy from a dedicated enthusiastic breeder by going though the Canine Councils in each state. But not everyone wants a purebred dog and in these days, when ?designer dogs? have become so popular, it may be difficult to have confidence that the puppy you buy has come from a breeder who is committed to the welfare of their breeding dogs and is dedicated to breeding good family pets.
The Australian Association of Pet Dog Breeders is a new organisation has recently been formed to address this problem. It has been started by a small group of enthusiastic dog breeders who enjoy breeding pet dogs and are proud of the dogs they breed. Most of the foundation group work as vet nurses. They believe that breeding good natured healthy pets is an important responsibility and hope that this organisation has the potential to introduce high standards of animal welfare into an industry which has frequently been criticised, often most unfairly.
With the motto ?Proud to breed Pets? the AAPDB are looking for like minded breeders to join their organisation. Whether you breed crossbred or purebred dogs, and whether you own one breeding dog or many, the AAPDB will welcome your involvement and your input.
The AAPDB can be contacted through their web site www.aapdb.com
